Under the leadership of CEO James P. Smith Jr., Advance Testing Company, a construction and materials testing firm based in Campbell Hall, offers a mentorship/ internship program that is second to none. His Inner City Youth Mentorship Program this past summer gave 15 high school students from Newburgh and Middletown the opportunity to learn on the job, while also earning competitive wages, receiving daily meals, and transportation to and from work each day, plus scholarships and invitations for future employment. The ATC Mentorship Program is a model of business-education partnerships and we'll hear all about it from James Smith at this special membership breakfast.
